XEMBook interview with the creator of the Tsunagi SDK for Symbol.

https://github.com/xembook/tsunagi-sdk

Symbol Times: Could you tell us how long it took you to create the Symbol SDK?

XEMBook:

Tsunagi-sdk is still in development. The only time I can devote to development is a few hours a day. The development of the Tsunagi SDK itself began in early July this year. Most of the JS implementation is now complete and test patterns are being defined.

Symbol Times: โ€œThe Tsunagi SDK injects transaction parameters into the catjson layout to complete the transaction payload.โ€ Could you please explain to non-technical readers what this SDK can do!?

XEMBook:

Previously, I tried to generate transactions in 11 programming languages. I expect it will be a long time before official SDKs (software development kit) are released for these programming languages, since the unique feature of Symbol is that anyone can easily create and initiate transactions.

However, I decided to start developing this SDK now because I thought it would be a huge waste to wait for the official SDK Symbol to be completed in order to take advantage of the excellent features of Symbol.

Symbol transaction structure is defined by catbuffer which can be exported to Symbol transaction structure is called as catbuffer and if catbuffer is exported to JavaScript based text data exchange format the structure can be read in almost any programming language so transactions can be generated.

In Tsunagi-SDK, we have focused on working with different programming languages, minimizing language dependencies.

Symbol Times: You once said that your SDK will be translated into other languages (for example, Russian), tell me how this can be done?

XEMBook:

I will be creating documentation for translations into other languages and as soon as it is ready I will let you know.

Therefore, friends, if you want to help with the translation, stay tuned for updates to this article, as a link to the translation of the Tsunagi SDK will appear here.

TOMATINA Festival

And now let’s talk about the annual TOMATINA festival, which has been held since 2017 and everyone can take part in this festival, so the time has come again, for tomatina this year (August 31, 2022) ๐Ÿ…

It was a festival organized with tipnem (nem-tip-bot), a tool that allows xembook.tomato tokens to be given away via twitter.

Of course, xembook.tomato is a useless token that promises nothing in return. So I would be happy if the technical people could come up with different ideas and participate in it. This page summarizes “NEM Tomatina 2021” hosted by XEMBook. It would be nice if Tomatina could please everyone.

A post from Angel that she tweeted in Japanese about the Tomatina festival:
